Terms of service

Most products found in the online store are found in our brick and mortar store.  If you see an item online that you wish to purchase, you must pay for it on our website.  After paying you will be given your shipping options.  If you live locally, you may wish to select the "In Store Pick Up" option (there are no fees or charges for this option). Your item will be ready to pick up in our West Seattle store within 48 hours.

*Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically e-mailed confirming the purchase order. This receipt does not constitute a contract and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason. Please further note that MY THREE LITTLE BIRDS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, MY THREE LITTLE BIRDS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the total charge.
